District-Level Priests’ Association Meeting Convened at Bishamacuttack

Rayagada: A district-level meeting of temple priests under the cultural wing of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Dharma Jagaran Coordination was held in the premises of Maa Tarini Temple at Bishamacuttack located in Rayagada district.

The meeting was presided over by Shri Simanchal Achari, the head priest of the Maa Tarini Peetha. Several prominent spiritual leaders were present at the event, including Yogishree Chaitanya Ramji, founder of Vishwa Kalyan Sadhana Samiti from Rayagada, Swami Janakananda Giri from Minajhola, and Swami Nirbanananda Giri from Gunupur.

Also present were Shri Prabhat Kumar Mahapatra, Suresh Chandra Tripathi, and Chintamani Sabat—all associated with the Dharma Jagaran coordination from the Kalahandi and Koraput divisions of the RSS. The event was coordinated with support from these key individuals. Lalit Mohan Jena and others attended and spoke about the importance of Hinduism and its role in promoting global peace, urging all priests to faithfully perform their duties.

A large number of male and female priests participated in the gathering and engaged in meaningful discussions on religious and cultural responsibilities.
