Kundura, Dec, 30:The Junior Red Cross training camp being held at Sri Aurobindo Shiksha Niketan in Kundura has been successfully inaugurated.

The chief guest for the event was Kotpad MLA Rupu Bhatra, and other honored guests included: District Council Member Kanakalata Penthia, Member of Parliament’s representative Amb Patra, Panchayat Samiti Vice-Chairperson Tarunisena Bishoyi, Sarpanch Labh Paraja, Committee Member Damodar Ganda, Additional District Group Education Officer Arpita Pradhan, Lachhanaguda Headmaster Saroj Kumar Padhi, State Junior Red Cross representative Yajneshwar Panda, and the school’s Headmistress Prabhati Sethi, who presided over the program.

The guests observed the various stalls organized by the students, which displayed old and traditional cultural artifacts from Koraput district. MLA Rupu Bhatra emphasized that along with academic studies, it is important for students to advance in all kinds of learning.

Students from high schools across 14 blocks of the district participated in various activities during the event. Outstanding students were honored by the guests.
During this occasion, the blood donation camp organized as part of the program collected 31 units of blood. Teachers, alumni members, and all staff of the local schools actively assisted in organizing and coordinating the program.
