Nabarangpur, 20th Nov 2025: The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Nabarangpur, observed National Legal Services Day 2025 at the District Court premises with the participation of lawyers, Anganwadi workers, Mission Shakti women, senior citizens, and para-legal volunteers.
The programme was organised under the direction of Sri Subrata Mohanty, Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority and District & Sessions Judge, Nabarangpur.
This year’s theme for National Legal Services Day is:
“Empowering the marginalized through legal awareness for access to justice for all.”
Chief Guest of the camp, Additional District Judge Bishnu Prasad Mishra, addressed the gathering and stated that every citizen of the country—regardless of background or identity—has the right to receive free legal aid. He explained the significance of the day and raised awareness about various legal rights and provisions.
