Ganjam, Feb, 16: A review meeting on paddy procurement in Ganjam district was held at Chhatrapur under the chairmanship of the District Collector. During the meeting, the Collector reviewed the procurement progress with officials from various blocks.
It was informed that, compared to last year, about 15 percent more paddy has been procured so far this year in the district. The District Collector also asked all concerned officials about how the procurement process is being carried out across all blocks of the district and assessed the current status.
