Malkangiri, 19th Nov 2025: A joint grievance redressal camp was held on Monday at the Madkapadar Gram Panchayat office in Khairput block of Malkangiri district, organized by the district administration. Additional District Collector Bedabar, along with Deputy District Collector Agni A.L., were present to listen to the complaints of the general public.
A total of 69 grievances were heard during the camp, out of which 16 were individual complaints and 53 were group complaints. Among these, 16 were collective complaints from households. The grievances included issues related to Prime Minister Housing Scheme, pensions, hand pumps, electricity connections, roads, bridges, and other public welfare matters.
To ensure delivery of services in different areas, the district administration had organized the camp to address and resolve complaints. After the grievance hearing, the Additional District Collector and other officials visited various schools to inspect midday meal arrangements. District-level officers, revenue officers, and tehsildars were also present at this joint grievance redressal camp.
