Malkangiri: A farewell felicitation ceremony was organized yesterday evening by the Malkangiri branch of the Diploma Engineers’ Service Association. The meeting was conducted by the association’s member Mr. Krutibas Nayak.
On May 31, three diploma engineers retired from service. They are Mr. Bibhuti Bhushan Raut, Engineer of Malkangiri Block; Mr. D. Prasad Rao, Engineer of Korukonda Block; and Mr. Jenamani Panda, Engineer of ITDA. Over the years, these individuals significantly contributed to the developmental work in Malkangiri district and were active members of the Diploma Engineers’ Association.
Among others present at the event were the association’s president Engineer Prashanta Kumar Behera, secretary Engineer Sudipta Sahu, Malaya Mistry, Kartik Nayak, Lal Mohan Behera, Pitha Soren, Babita Biswas, and Sukanta Swain.
