Most villages in the flood-affected Dhoya region are now completely submerged, forcing villagers to live in fear and distress. People, along with their cattle, are stranded inside their homes surrounded by floodwater on all sides.
On the main road of Govindpur in Manpur, floodwater as high as 7 to 8 feet is flowing rapidly. Residents are also facing fear due to the presence of snakes, crocodiles, and other reptiles in the water.
