Sambalpur: 30th Aug 2025:Visited to eat Sarasatia. On this occasion, local people offered Sarasatia. (EMIS): A proposal has been made to grant GI tag to it, with the aim that its recognition will increase on the global culinary map.
The Minister said that instructions have been given to the District Collector to take necessary steps. The Revenue Minister, Panchayati Raj department, and local MLA will cooperate in this matter.
