Chitrakonda, 12th Nov 2025: A Cyber Security Awareness Campaign was organized at Darlabeda Higher Secondary School under the initiative of a LEADS Team in collaboration with the Jodamba Police Station.
During the event, various competitions were conducted among the students of Darlabeda High School and Higher Secondary School. The winners were felicitated with prizes. In addition, awareness video clips on cyber security were screened for the attending students, teachers, and local citizens. Participants were also advised to stay alert and follow safety measures while using digital platforms.
Inspector-in-Charge (IIC) of Jodamba Police Station, Mr. Manoranjan Pradhan, and Assistant Sub-Inspector Mr. Ananta Kumar Nayak graced the program as guests and shared valuable insights on safe internet practices and cybercrime prevention.
The program received full support from Mr. Babuli Dishari, Chairman of Darlabeda School, Mr. Arun Kumar Sahu, Vice-Chairman, all teaching staff of both schools, and other officers from Jodamba Police Station.
As part of the campaign, T-shirts bearing the Cyber Security Awareness slogan were distributed among teachers, students, and conscious citizens of the village.
The Cyber Security Awareness Rath (chariot) also toured through nearby villages to spread awareness among the general public.
The event was highly appreciated by everyone for its informative and socially beneficial approach.
