Cuttack: The Cuttack Inner Wheel Tutul Club held its foundation day celebration on the 20th with a state-level gathering. During the ceremony, the 2024–25 president Mamu Panda and her team were formally bid farewell, and appreciation was extended for their service. The new president for 2025–26, Ritimukta Pattnaik, along with new secretary Kiran Agarwal and other executive members, were warmly welcomed and officially inducted into their roles.

On this occasion, Professor Das attended as the chief guest and praised the club’s work, especially its contribution to women empowerment and various community development initiatives in society. In her address, Prof. Das stated that women should continue to set such remarkable examples that inspire others to follow in their footsteps.

Several former district chairpersons and senior members were present at the event and expressed their commitment to continuing to serve as guides and inspirations to club members across all fields. Prominent citizens and distinguished personalities from different regions of the district also attended.

As part of the program, the club distributed books, notebooks, and water filters to various schools. Senior members of the club expressed appreciation for these efforts. The event was conducted successfully and gracefully.
