People are shivering in the biting cold, living in broken huts and battling harsh conditions. Many families lack basic necessities like warm clothing, food, and medical care, making daily life a constant struggle. Locals say that despite repeated appeals to authorities, little has been done to improve their situation, leaving them vulnerable to the unforgiving winter.
