Narsinghpur, Feb, 23: A consumer awareness program was organized at Brahmapura Sevashram under Narsinghpur Block with the support of the Department of Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste Development, Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare.
The program was conducted under the chairmanship of Headmaster Braja Kishore Das. Among those present were CRCC Pradeep Kumar Behera, School Management Committee President Rabindra Mallik, Nagen Panda, and Dillip Panda.
Students were educated about checking the quality of goods sold in the market, verifying expiry dates before purchasing products, looking for hallmark certification while buying gold, asking for bills during digital shopping, and staying alert about cyber fraud.
Teacher Shubhadrista Das coordinated the program, and the vote of thanks was delivered by teacher Saudamini Devi.
