Bhubaneswar The Bhubaneswar lake area will be developed. Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi has suggested transforming this area into a world-class attraction by providing state-of-the-art facilities and amenities. He stated that this initiative would not only benefit the residents of the capital but also establish the area as a modern tourist destination for visitors from across the country and abroad.
A total area of 3.260 kilometers around the Bhubaneswar lake will be developed. Initially, the focus will be on the development of the Niko Park area. Plans have been made to enhance the beauty of the lake area with aesthetic improvements, lighting, cycling tracks, an Ayurvedic park, a foot overbridge, floating restaurants, hotels, and various other modern facilities.
