Cloudburst Triggers Havoc in Chamoli’s Dharali, Uttarakhand

Uttarakhand, 29th Aug 2025:  Once again, a cloudburst in Uttarakhand has caused severe devastation. In Chamoli district’s Dharali, torrential rains triggered a massive cloudburst, leading to widespread destruction. Due to landslides, one woman lost her life, and several people are missing. Many houses have been buried under mud and debris, while vehicles and motorcycles were washed away. The incident occurred late last night, resulting in serious damage. Mud and slush have filled the houses in Dharali and nearby villages, leaving the locals in distress.
