Chandahandi, 6th Oct 2025: A cleanliness service program was organized at Panabeda College campus, Chandahandi, under the guidance of B.D. Chainm Gand. The program was attended by +2 President Nalini Das, teacher Makar Nayak, Chaturbhuj Meher, teacher Durmila Bag, assistant executive engineer Bhagaban Behera, assistant engineer Rajiv Lochan Dhal, BFT Govardhan Dangar, and others.
During the program, students were advised not to defecate outside but to use toilets at home. They were also encouraged to raise awareness among the people in their respective villages regarding this matter. The guests advised avoiding the use of plastic and suggested rejecting and recycling plastic items wherever possible.
The importance of reducing plastic use and promoting the use of biodegradable items was emphasized. They also stressed the care of fodder, maintaining a clean environment, and providing a healthy environment for oneself and others. The speakers highlighted that cleanliness is key to staying healthy and preventing diseases.
Many students from the college actively participated in the program.
