Nabarangpur: A new technological initiative has begun in Nabarangpur Municipality, marking a modern direction in the use of digital advancements. Inspired by the Prime Minister’s visionary thinking and professional knowledge strategy, this effort aims to reach every corner of the country so that all citizens can benefit from it.

As part of this initiative, LED TVs have been installed at four key locations in the town — Gandhi Chhak, Bus Stand Park, Maa Bhandargharani Chhak, and Gandhinagar — for the general public. These installations were officially inaugurated by Nabarangpur MLA Gaurishankar Majhi.

In his remarks, Shri Majhi said that through these displays, the people of the district will have access to entertainment, continuous updates, various advertisements, and live programs. He emphasized that under the transparent governance of the current government, the district is heading toward a new era of development, which will benefit everyone.

In addition, a newly constructed park for young children was also inaugurated at Ichhabatiguda. The event was attended by Municipality Chairperson Kunu Nayak, EO Samaresh Mahanti, councillors Geetanjali Yadav, Sharmistha Deo, P. Usharani, A. Satish, Somesh Khara, Mamata Maharana, Amit Pradhan, and A. Muralikrishna, among others.
