Umarkote The results of the annual examination 2025 for the combined Arts and Science streams, conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, were declared today. As per the results, Gurukrupa Residential Higher Secondary School, a leading educational institution in Umarkote, Nabarangpur district, has once again repeated its history of excellence by achieving remarkable success in both streams, just like in previous years.
According to the available information, in the Arts stream, out of a total of 70 examinees, 22 students passed with First Division, 22 with Second Division, and 24 with Third Division. Kishore Kar secured the top position with 468 marks (78%), followed by Pallabi Majhi with 467 marks (77.83%), and Sudeshna Padhi with 464 marks (77.33%). In total, 68 students passed in this stream.
Similarly, in the Science stream, out of 58 students who appeared for the exam, 15 secured First Division, 26 Second Division, and 13 Third Division—resulting in a total of 54 students passing. Among them, Janaki Majhi and Suraj Majumdar jointly secured the first position with 490 marks (81.66%), K. Ashish Kumar secured second position with 482 marks (80.3%), and Mousumi Das secured third position with 470 marks (78.3%).
On this grand success of the institution, the Chairman of Gurukrupa Institution, Shri Manoj Kumar Padhi, extended his heartfelt congratulations to all the meritorious students.
