Bhubaneswar, Jan, 05: Chief Minister Mohan Majhi has given a 15-point directive to the new Chief Secretary to make the administration more efficient and proactive.
He has instructed to fill all vacant positions within the next 2 years.
The CM’s goal is to bring Odisha among the top 5 states in the country.
He aims to move Odisha towards a ‘mixed economy’ model.
Listening seriously to public grievances has been emphasized as a top priority.
Instructions have been given to use Odia as the official language in government administration.
