The first ‘E’ is Education — providing correct information and creating public awareness.
The second ‘E’ is Enforcement — strict implementation of traffic rules.
The third ‘E’ is Engineering — construction of safe roads and bridges.
The fourth ‘E’ is Emergency — ensuring immediate medical services.
The Chief Minister said, “I want to add two more ‘E’s to this.”
