Chief Minister Emphasises “4E” Formula to Prevent Accidents

Bhubaneswar,  Jan, 20:  The Chief Minister has stressed the importance of the “4E” approach to prevent accidents.
The first ‘E’ is Education — providing correct information and creating public awareness.
The second ‘E’ is Enforcement — strict implementation of traffic rules.
The third ‘E’ is Engineering — construction of safe roads and bridges.
The fourth ‘E’ is Emergency — ensuring immediate medical services.
The Chief Minister said, “I want to add two more ‘E’s to this.”

He stated, “If all these are adopted, 95% of accidents can be prevented.”
