Gurugram, Dec 19: A respected leader in India’s culinary and hospitality ecosystem, Chef Vivek Saggar received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Catch Tastepreneur Grand Event, hosted by AGSKI 360 (Anantaa GSK Innovations Pvt. Ltd.), at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, SGT University campus, in Gurugram.

The Tastepreneur Grand Event brought together culinary professionals, hospitality experts, educators, and F&B entrepreneurs to celebrate innovation, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and leadership within India’s evolving food and hospitality landscape.
Chef Saggar serves as Brand Ambassador for the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality (CTH), United Kingdom, General Secretary of the Indian Culinary Forum (ICF), and a WACS Continental-level Judge. He has played a sustained role in mentoring Indian talent through WorldSkills competitions, contributing to the country’s performance on the global stage for over a decade.
The award was presented in recognition of Chef Saggar’s long-standing contribution to professional education, skill development, and institution-building within the hospitality sector. Presenting the award, Col. S.S. Vaid, Director of Operations, AGSKI 360 said, “Chef Vivek Saggar’s contribution reflects leadership built on mentorship and service to the profession. The Lifetime Achievement Award acknowledges his enduring influence as a mentor, administrator, international jury member, and global representative of Indian hospitality, whose work continues to shape the profession across borders.
