Kotpad, Jan, 01:  In the recently concluded 52nd State-Level National Children’s Science Exhibition held at Keonjhar, a student of Chandili High School under Kotpad Block of Koraput district, Master Gupta Harijan, earned high appreciation by presenting a scientific project on the topic “Re-investment of Fuel Energy” under the sub-theme “Green Energy.”

Through this achievement, he has been selected to participate in the Zonal Level Eastern India Science Fair–2026, which will be held in Kolkata from January 13 to 16.
It is noteworthy that in the State-Level National Children’s Science Exhibition 2025, a total of 210 projects from across the state were selected. Among them, the best 28 projects have been chosen for the zonal level, and Gupta’s project is one of them.
The role of the school’s guide teacher Mr. Santosh Kumar Satapathy, a mathematics teacher, has been remarkable in this project. Under his guidance, earlier six students have successfully presented various scientific projects at different places across the country and achieved significant success.

On this achievement of Gupta, the local residents, Headmaster R. Dibakar Rao, teachers Balya Nayak, Anand Prasad Sahu, Devendra Baidya, along with all other teachers, intellectuals, and educationists, have expressed their happiness and extended their best wishes for Gupta’s bright future.
