New Delhi: 26th Aug 2025:The Central Government today introduced three amendment bills in the Lok Sabha, which could bring a major change in Indian politics. Union Home Minister Amit Shah presented the three amendment bills in the Lok Sabha.
???? According to the proposal, if any Prime Minister, Chief Minister, Union Minister, or State Minister remains in jail for 30 consecutive days, they will automatically lose their position.
???? Even if the person does not resign on their own, after 30 days of imprisonment, their post will stand cancelled by law.
