Brave Boy Shravan Singh Honoured with Dhal Award on Veer Bal Diwas

Delhi, Dec, 29:  On Veer Bal Diwas, Shravan Singh, a brave young boy who served water, tea, milk, and buttermilk to Indian soldiers during Operation Sindur, was honored with the Dhal Award.
