Jeypore, Nov 25: An awareness and academic program on the uses and applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) was organized at Bhairav Higher Secondary School, Borigumma in Koraput district. The event was conducted by the Departments of Physics and Information Technology.
The college principal, Mr. Dasharath Gauda, spoke about the objective and importance of the program.
The Head of the Department, Dr. Sudhanshu Shekhar Pattnaik, conducted the session. He explained the uses of Artificial Intelligence, advised students on its proper and responsible use, and guided them on choosing suitable academic courses for shaping their future careers. Many students from the science stream participated in the event.
From the Next Web organization, Bhubaneswar, Soumya Ranjan Mishra joined the program and discussed the role of Artificial Intelligence in daily life, its application in the field of education, and the increasing global demand for AI-related skills.
Students participated in the discussion with great enthusiasm.
Faculty members of the college also helped in coordinating the event and welcoming the guests.
