Boipariguda:Jan, 19: In a heart-touching display of teamwork, Block Programme Manager (BPM) Hemraj Panigrahi today rolled up his sleeves to assist the sanitation workers in their daily cleaning work at the Boipariguda Community Health Centre (CHC).
By actively participating alongside the sanitation staff, Mr. Panigrahi highlighted the importance of collective responsibility. He inspired those around him by saying, “No position is small or big. The CHC is our home. Just as we keep our own homes clean, we must maintain the CHC with the same care and commitment.”
The sanitation workers expressed great happiness at his gesture, noting that such involvement from leadership boosts their morale and strengthens a culture of cleanliness in public health institutions.
