Nabarangpur, 11th Sept 2025: A merger ceremony was held at the residence of Rikh MLA Shri Gaurishankar Majhi. During this event, Smt. Gauri Mali, Shri Hemanand Mali, Omkar Mali, Roshan Mali, Ganesh Mali, and hundreds of villagers from Asanga village under Kakadi Semala Panchayat, Kosagumuda Block, formally joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
They expressed admiration for MLA Shri Majhi’s working style, his humble behavior, and the genuine love and welfare programs of Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi towards farmers, the poor, and women. They also praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s patriotism and public welfare schemes, as well as the principles, ideology, and ethics of the BJP, which attracted them to join the party.
All those who joined were warmly welcomed by Shri Gaurishankar Majhi, who presented them with party scarves and caps.
