Big Relief for Gram Rakshis: Allowance Raised from Rs1,800 to Rs2,500 per Month

Bhubaneswar,  Feb, 16  Big :announcement for Gram Rakshis: Monthly allowance increased!
For the Gram Rakshis who play a major role in maintaining law and order in rural areas, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has given a big gift. Now, instead of Rs1,800 per month, Gram Rakshis will receive a monthly allowance of Rs2,500.
New rule: Gram Rakshis will work under their respective police stations and will need to visit the police station only once a week to mark their attendance.
This public-welfare decision of the Chief Minister is being widely welcomed at all levels.
