Papadahandi, 8th Oct 2025: An empowerment camp for differently-abled persons was held in the Papadahandi block area of Nabarangpur district. The program was attended by District Council President Motiram Nayak as the chief guest, Block Vice President Sushant Behera, District Social Security Officer Sudhanshu Patra, AEE Divyaranjan Meher, and CDPO Pushparani Pattnayak as honored guests.
Differently-abled individuals from 23 panchayats of the block participated in the event. A total of 420 complaints were registered. New pensions and widow assistance amounts were provided to 40 differently-abled persons.
BPC Shashikant Das managed the program on stage. Block Social Security Officer Subrat Kishan along with employees from various departments of the block cooperated in the event.
