BDO Rushes Ailing Dhabaleshwar to Hospital

Tentulikunti, 25th Aug 2025:  Dhabaleshwar Pujari of Tentulikunti village, who had recently cleared the NEET examination, was on his way to Bhubaneswar. While reaching Nabarangpur, his health condition suddenly deteriorated.

On receiving the news, Tentulikunti BDO Manoj Kumar Panigrahi immediately reached the spot and admitted Dhabaleshwar to Dab Hospital. Initially, he was given primary treatment at a local clinic in Nabarangpur and later admitted to the District Headquarters Hospital.

Dhabaleshwar had secured a seat at Koraput SLN Medical College. After this news spread, the administration, kind-hearted individuals, and several organizations came forward to provide financial assistance. For his admission, Dhabaleshwar was traveling from Indravati to Bhubaneswar in a government bus. However, upon reaching Nabarangpur, he fell ill again. At that time, when BDO Panigrahi came to meet him, he immediately arranged medical treatment.

Around midnight, media reports highlighted Dhabaleshwar’s worsening health. By then, no bus service was available to Bhubaneswar. Hence, BDO Panigrahi called Block staff Titun Bagh and instructed him to take Dhabaleshwar to Bhubaneswar. With the help of Mohana Ranger Kuna Bishoyi, a car was arranged. Subsequently, Titun Bagh, Chandrasekhar Jena, and Babula Nayak accompanied Dhabaleshwar to Bhubaneswar.

In this critical hour, BDO Panigrahi, Ranger Bishoyi, and his friends acted like guardian angels, extending timely help to an ailing medical student and setting an example of true humanity.
