BDA Vice Announces Selection Information

Bhubaneswar, 3rd Sept 2025: 120 shops will be allotted through a lottery within 10 days. The previous confusion among shopkeepers has now been resolved. Shopkeepers will get shop houses via the lottery. Shopkeepers who were given shops at the old bus stand will be allotted shop houses. The selection information has been communicated by the BDA (Bhubaneswar Development Authority) Vice. There are around 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial space near the bus terminal. The dormitory plan, which has been in the pipeline, will start very soon.
