Bhubaneswar:  Preparations are in full swing for the upcoming match. The Commissionerate Police is making extensive arrangements for security. In a preparatory review meeting, Police Commissioner S. Dev Dutt Singh assessed the security measures. Discussions were held with the Odisha Cricket Association (OCA), police officials, hotels, the airport authority, and the CISF regarding various aspects, including security and traffic management from the airport to hotels and Barabati Stadium.

Strict Security Arrangements in Place

Both the Indian and England cricket teams will arrive in Bhubaneswar on the 1st of the month. On the 8th, both teams will travel to Barabati Stadium in Cuttack for practice. For security reasons, 50 platoons of police force will be deployed in Bhubaneswar. Additionally, spectators will not be allowed to carry water bottles inside the stadium during the match.
