Koraput, 11th Oct 2025: Banda Ghati’s daughter Bini Muduli has achieved success in the OAS (Odisha Administrative Service). She comes from a humble background — her house has a thatched roof, and her parents cook meals in the open yard.
Without access to coaching due to financial constraints, she prepared for the exam by watching YouTube videos at home using the internet. Through sheer determination and self-study, she secured 596th rank and is now serving as an OAS officer.
