Bhubaneswar, 4th Sept 2025: This year, there will be no DJ music played during the Durga Puja celebrations. Restrictions have also been placed on the use of laser lights and sound bursts (bangs). The traditional musical instruments will be the only ones used for the Maa’s Bhajan (prayers) and celebrations.
A significant decision regarding this was made in an important meeting held at the Police Service Bhavan concerning the upcoming Durga Puja festival.
