B.Ed Entrance Exam Result Published; Admissions Open from July 25 to August 1

Bhubaneswar: The results of the Teacher Education (B.Ed) Entrance Examination were published on Friday. Admission will take place for 2,750 seats across the state. Students can take admission until June 19, and classes will begin from July 24. This information was released today by the Higher Education Department.

Notably, admission will be conducted for 2,750 seats across 31 teacher education institutions in the state. A total of 1,29,712 candidates had applied for the entrance exam. Out of these, 1,17,933 candidates appeared for the exam, while 11,779 were absent. Students can check their results on the SAMS Odisha website www.samsodisha.gov.in by entering their roll numbers.

July 7: Second Selection List | July 17: Third Merit List

Students will be allowed to choose their preferred college. The first round of seat allotment will be done on July 25, and selected candidates can take admission between July 25 and August 1.

The second round of seat allotment will be published on July 7, and selected candidates will be able to take admission between July 8 to July 11.

The third merit list will be published on July 17, and candidates selected in this list will take admission between July 18 and July 22. All phases of admission will conclude by August 11.

According to the Higher Education Department, the admission process for waitlisted candidates will begin on August 4, and the merit list for this will be published on August 5. Selected candidates from the waitlist can take admission between August 6 and August 7. The entire admission process will conclude on August 11.
