Kotpad , Jan, 06: An Aryodaya Housing Fair was organized today at the Kotpad Panchayat Samiti Office. Beneficiaries who had completed their houses were felicitated on this occasion. A total of 12 beneficiaries who completed their houses were provided with ₹20,000 each.
The fair was held under the presence of the Vice-Chairman of the Panchayat Samiti, Tapan Kumar Panigrahi, and the Block Development Officer. Beneficiaries of Kotpad Block completed their houses within six months. Among them, 21 beneficiaries from 17 Gram Panchayats were awarded a ₹10,000 bonus each as an incentive for timely completion.
Officials present at the event included Manoj Kumar Nayak, Assistant Executive Engineer Satya Narayan, GPO Sudhanshu Sekhar Rath, and GPDO Kedarnath, who participated in the fair. During the event, various questions raised by beneficiaries were addressed, and other beneficiaries were encouraged to complete their houses जल्द as soon as possible to avail the bonus benefits.
The fair was mainly organized to provide updated information and guidance through BPC (Housing), BPA, and all Panchayat-level executive officials. The Panchayat Samiti Chairperson, all Sarpanches, Samiti members, and officials were present and actively participated.
At the fair, beneficiaries who completed their houses within four months were specially recognized. The meeting was chaired by Kamala Bhattara, and many other Panchayat and housing scheme beneficiaries were present at the event.
