Arun Prajna Bharati: First Stage Competition Kicks Off in Jeypore

Jeypore, 22nd Oct 2025:  The first stage competition of Tarun Prajna Bharati was held at a residential school campus located on N.K.T Road in Jeypore, Koraput district. The event was inaugurated auspiciously by Janaki Panigrahi and Krishna Rao Dora, who, along with all members present, offered incense, lamps, and oblations at the feet of Lord Jagannath.

Students from various schools and colleges, as well as men and women from the general public, participated in various competitions such as Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), Yogasana, conch blowing, Hulhuli (traditional dance), oratory, and recitation of Geeta shlokas. All the participants were encouraged and motivated.

The event was supported by the male president Tapan Kiran Tripathi, vice president Ram Shankar Shadangi, editor Ajay Kumar Malik, associate editor Subarna Khol, treasurer Ravindra Maharana, and members including Savita Tripathi, Tapaswini Kumari Sahu, Lipika Dalai, Ritanjali Dakua, J. Mahesh, and Jagannath Panigrahi.

Judges Manoj Mishra, Kshirod Das, Mrityunjaya Sahu, and Sanjukta Raut performed their duties as chief adjudicators.

It was announced by the president that on the coming Sunday, dated 26.10.2025, from 8:30 AM onwards, at Narayani English School campus, competitions in Ancient Literature, History, Cultural Knowledge exams, and Painting contests will be held.
