Asurali, Dec, 29: The annual sports meet of the Sri Aurobindo Integral Education and Research Centre was held recently. On this occasion, a general meeting and sports festival were organized under the chairmanship of senior sports enthusiast Rabindra Behuria and under the guidance of the institution’s President, Pandit Nrusingha Charan Nayak.
The event was inaugurated by Dhamnagar ABEO Satyasundar Parida. Retired Headmaster Hemanta Sutar, social worker Pradeep Das, and District Coordinator Pradeep Jena attended the function as distinguished guests. The Vice-President of the institution, senior advocate Debashish Samal, presented the introductory remarks.
The sports events were conducted by Birendra Mahanti and Pradeep Nayak. The overall management of the festival was handled by the school’s Director, Madhumita Nayak. Teachers Prafulla Sahu and Swagatika Sahu, along with Sasmita Bharati, Urmila Biswal, Pushpanjali Tarai, Saudamini Muduli, Monalisa Sethi, and Monalisa Barik, extended their cooperation in making the event a success.
