Jharsuguda, 10th Oct 2025:  The Ministry of Railways, Government of India, organized the ‘Amrit Samvad 5.0’ Independent Programme at Jharsuguda Railway Station, a key junction on the Howrah–Mumbai main line under the South Eastern Railway.

As part of this programme, opinions and suggestions are being collected from senior citizens and railway passengers regarding improvements to the railway system.

During the event, the Chief Medical Officer (Railways), S.S. Ray, actively interacted with senior citizens and passengers at the station. He sought their feedback and also urged them to participate in cleanliness drives and support railway initiatives.
