Bhubaneswar, 2nd Sept 2025: Now you can book bus tickets directly on WhatsApp. The AMA Bus ticket booking system is being introduced on WhatsApp by Odisha’s Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT). On the occasion of Local Self-Governance Day, the Chief Minister will officially launch this service today. Passengers booking tickets via WhatsApp and Ama Bus may receive travel concessions. Travelers commuting between Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Puri on Ama Bus will now receive digital passes. The service is expected to be expanded to other cities in the near future.
