Nandapur, Dec, 17:  A total of 420 candidates appeared for the Class VI Navodaya Entrance Examination for the academic year 2026 at two examination centers in Nandapur block of Koraput district.

According to information provided by Assistant Education Officer Mamataz Gamang, 206 candidates had registered at the Nandapur High School examination center, out of which 196 candidates appeared for the examination. Similarly, at the Ganinayakput Model School examination center, 240 candidates were registered. Of them, 224 candidates appeared for the examination, while 16 remained absent.

The examination centers were managed by Anjulata Garada, Headmistress of the High School, and Nanda Khara, Principal of the Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya (OAV).
