Puri The East Coast Railway has made extensive arrangements for the occasion. Trains will operate from nearly all regions of the state. Special trains will also run from neighboring states like Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and West Bengal. Trains will originate from Palasa, Visakhapatnam, Jagdalpur, Gondia, and Kolkata.
