Dhushuri, Dec, 26: The 15th annual sports festival of Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, located in Dhushuri, Dhamnagar Block, was held successfully. The event was inaugurated under the chairmanship of the school president, Ranjan Kumar Bhuya.
The chief guest at the assembly was Ajay Sudarshan Bag, Officer-in-Charge of Dhushuri Police Station. The keynote speaker, educationist Nirod Kumar Behera, and the honored guest, Dhushuri Sarpanch Antarjyami Pat, guided the students, emphasizing the integration of education with sports activities.
The head teacher, Ramapad Rana, welcomed the guests and delivered an introductory speech, while Satyabrata Mishra, editor of the Vidyut Parishad, offered thanks. The school management members—Rammohan Gupta (Treasurer), Educationist Purnachandra Nayak, Satyabrata Barik (Member), and Banamali Mishra (Member of Vidyut Parishad)—were present on the stage.
A total of 250 boys and girls participated in the sports events.
