150 Head Teachers from Odisha to Receive Training in Andhra Pradesh

Bhubaneswar: A total of 150 head teachers from various secondary schools in Odisha will travel to Andhra Pradesh for training. The training will be conducted at IIM Visakhapatnam in three batches, with 50 head teachers in each batch. The Directorate of Secondary Education has already informed all District Education Officers about this program.

Training Schedule

According to reports, the training schedule is as follows:

March 10–12: Head teachers from Boudh, Gajapati, Ganjam, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Koraput, Nabarangpur, Nuapada, and Rayagada districts.

March 17–19: Head teachers from Balasore, Bhadrak, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Khurda, Mayurbhanj, Nayagarh, and Puri districts.

March 20–22: Head teachers from Angul, Balangir, Bargarh, Deogarh, Dhenkanal, Jharsuguda, Keonjhar, Sambalpur, Subarnapur, Sundargarh, Jajpur, and Malkangiri districts.

Focus of the Training

The training program will focus on innovative and practical approaches to school leadership and management to enhance the effectiveness of school administration.
