Introducing La Spectacle -The Menu by Dramique Delhi That Turns Dining into Drama
Dramique Delhi unveils its latest masterpiece, The La Spectacle Menu, transforming dining into an immersive theatrical experience. Meaning “The Show” in French, La Spectacle elevates the restaurant’s signature finesse, presenting a sequence of courses that unfold like acts in a play. Each dish is crafted not just to be tasted, but to be experienced—engaging every sense through flavor, movement, and emotion. Complementing the menu, Dramique has reimagined its performances with heightened flair and precision, enhancing the journey from plate to stage.
Curated by Dramique’s in-house culinary ensemble, the menu fuses European techniques with the depth of Pan-Asian flavors. Collaborating with mixologists, visual artists, and sensory designers, the team ensures that taste, texture, and temperature harmonize in each dish. Highlights include Miso Black Cod, Baked Lamb Parcel, Tapenade Salmon, Sea Bass Yakitori, and Lobster Thermidor, each elevated with tableside theatrics. The finale features desserts like Flambéed Baked Alaska and The Sweet Symphony, delivering a dramatic climax to the evening.
La Spectacle embraces inclusivity, offering dedicated vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free creations, such as Charred Broccoli, Chili Crunch Edamame, Nutty Butternut Squash, and Gung Bao Potato, all crafted with the same imagination and panache. Debuting as Dramique’s primary dinner menu in mid-November 2025, it will first be available to select guests before a wider launch later that month.
Designed as a living, evolving performance, La Spectacle introduces new “acts” each season, inspired by fresh ingredients and collaborations with visiting chefs and artists. With this menu, Dramique doesn’t just serve food—it stages a story, where every dinner becomes a premiere, and every dish is a moment of art.
