Bihar, 18th Nov 2025:  Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar resigned before the formation of the new government.  He submitted his resignation letter to Governor Arif Mohammad Khan. The new Chief Minister of Bihar took oath on the 20th. NDA achieved a massive victory in the Bihar elections. BJP won 89 seats, JDU secured 85 seats.  In the 243-member Legislative Assembly, NDA won 202 seats, achieving a historic majority.
