This late July, QLA brings the taste of Turkey to the capital with The Fusion Edit. It is a vibrant, week-long food-led collaboration between Chef Gokhan and Chef Dipender. Running from July 21st to 27th, guests are invited to enjoy a menu that serves the comforting warmth of Turkish hospitality with the fresh, refined flavours of modern European cooking. It’s a celebration of two distinct food philosophies coming together, a true East-meets-West experience designed to create a unique and memorable dining journey.

Guests can expect a medley of small plates inspired by traditional mezze, warm salads featuring Mediterranean cheeses, whine-leaf-wrapped delicacies, and seafood dishes that complement regional spices and layered complexity. The menu also offers modern reinterpretations of classic Turkish baked and grilled dishes, from savoury pastries to hearty mains, all well-considered to surprise and delight the palate. A dedicated grill section features flame-licked textures and bold flavour, while desserts like a reimagined Kunafa round off the experience with sweet, textural indulgence.

Guests are invited to explore a carefully put-together à la carte menu as well as the on demand tasting menu, both celebrates bold, rich flavours in every dish. A dedicated live grill section further elevates the experience where dishes are freshly prepared right before your eyes,  adding a touch of theatre to the meal.

Come celebrate this unique dining experience and a week of culinary storytelling, where Eastern tradition meets Western technique: only at QLA, located in Mehrauli, New Delhi.
