TAT Unveils ‘Rang Barse’ Limited-Edition Holi Experience

Mumbai,  Feb 27: TAT, a regional dining destination based in Vikhroli that celebrates India through its food and brings together regional recipes, invites guests to celebrate the festival of colours through a specially curated culinary experience titled Rang Barse. Guests can savor the limited-edition Holi menu at the restaurant from 27th February to 8th March 2026, featuring festive beverages and desserts from across India, presented through TAT’s contemporary take.

TAT has earned recognition for celebrating the diversity of India’s traditional cuisines through  thoughtfully curated culinary experiences. With ‘Rang Barse’ they yet again bring this vision alive with a menu that draws inspiration from festive delicacies that have long brought families and communities together. The beverage section features the Kesar Badam Lassi, a rich Punjabi-style preparation that is a blend of saffron, almonds and cardamom for a comforting and indulgent experience. Complementing it is the Classic Banarasi Thandai, a smooth milk-based drink infused with pepper, dry fruits and saffron, capturing the essence of North India’s Holi traditions.

The dessert menu at TAT is a reflection of the time-honoured Holi recipes that will bring a decadent touch to the festivities. The ‘Gujiya with Thandai Shot’ pairs a crisp, flaky pastry filled with khoya and nuts with a refreshing thandai.  ‘Kesari Rasmalai’ consists of a rich serving of soft milk dumplings soaked in fragrant saffron-infused milk, delicately laced with notes of cardamom and almonds. Adding to the fare, is the ‘Malpua and Rabdi’ served as golden pancakes with a chilled rabdi accompaniment and elevated with rose and pistachio accents.

At its core, TAT celebrates India’s culinary heritage by bringing together festive flavours with regionally sourced ingredients through a contemporary lens. The origin of every menu at TAT carries a story shaped through flavor and experience. With ‘Rang Barse’, TAT honors the festivals of India, transforming its space into a gourmet celebration meant to be savored with love and togetherness.
