Kothar, May 30:: Gopal Samal of Sorishadihi village under Chudakuti Panchayat in Dhamnagar block is a skilled sand artist. He is well known in India and abroad for his artistic talent. On this occasion, Gopal was felicitated today by the Bhadrak District Collector, Dillip Routaray. Expressing his happiness over the recognition, Gopal also presented a sculpture made by him to the Collector. The District Collector highly appreciated the artwork created by Gopal, sources said.
