Mumbai, 26th February 2024: Renowned industrialist and pioneer of India’s yellow revolution, Dr. Dinesh Shahra, unveiled his highly anticipated book, “Sanatan Avatar,” amidst much fanfare in Mumbai on 22nd February ’24. The presentation coincided with Dr. Shahra‘s birthday, celebrated as Green Gold Day, symbolizing his commitment to environmental sustainability.Under the auspices of the Dinesh Shahra Foundation and its affiliates, over 1 million trees have been planted to date as part of the Green Gold Day initiative, initiated several years ago on Dr. Shahra‘s birthday to honor Mother Earth.
The event, graced by esteemed personalities including Madhushree Bhattacharya, Dinesh Kanabar, Satish Vyas, Sunita Bhuyaan, also saw the participation of members of the Art of Living, adding to the solemnity and significance of the occasion.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Dinesh Shahra expressed his gratitude, saying, “I am deeply honored to present my book, Sanatan Avatar, dedicated to the life of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar, amidst such esteemed company on the occasion of Green Gold Day. Just as gold is an asset, so are trees and the environment, hence the apt naming of this day.”
