Bhubaneswar,May 29: As a historic step toward achieving the goals of Viksit Odisha Vision 2036–47, Hon’ble Minister for Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, and Drinking Water,
Rabinarayan Naik today virtually inaugurated the Model Village Mission and the Mahapurusha Adarsha Gram Yojana in the presence of district officials from across the state through video conferencing.
The Minister stated that these two flagship initiatives will provide new momentum to the holistic development of rural areas, preservation of heritage, and people-centric growth. The schemes are aimed at transforming villages through sustainable infrastructure, improved civic amenities, cultural conservation, and inclusive rural development, in line with the vision of a progressive and empowered Odisha.
